With a throughput speed of two E-SIZE prints per minute - up to 10 times faster than comparable inkjet printers - the Océ 9400-II has the capacity to handle substantial workloads. That means all the demands of multiple users are met quickly and efficiently. Typical multi-print jobs are handled just as easily, eliminating the extra step of separate, time-consuming copying.

No warm-up time means no waiting for your prints

The low operating temperature needed to fuse the toner to the media means Océ Radiant fusing products are instant on. The printer warms up as prints are processed and cools down immediately afterwards.

High quality LED printing

Another big advantage of the Océ 9400-II is its outstanding print quality. The Océ 9400-II's enhanced-resolution printing ensures that even the most detailed designs are printed with excellent quality. Staircase effects are virtually eliminated by overlapping toner pixels. And a clean, high-contrast result is produced by the high-precision Océ printing system, which ensures that toner pixels are only printed where you need them, and at the exact size you need. A special Poster Mode is also available to maximize your images' output quality, whether you print from a digital file (for example, in PostScript) or copy from a hard-copy original.

Two 500-foot media rolls allows for unattended printing and increased flexibility

To extend its efficiency, the Océ 9400-II is available with one or two media rolls, each with 500 feet capacity. It also features a standard reservoir that holds enough toner for at least 500 prints. These features combine with the printer's Automatic Roll Switching to facilitate long, unattended operation. Automatic Roll Selection, moreover, means users are guaranteed that their vector and raster drawings will always be printed on the right roll. In addition to plain paper, the Océ 9400-II handles all the media you're likely to need for printing and copying: transparent paper and film, recycled paper, polyester and vellum. There's also a manual feed for convenient one-off prints on special media.

Highly Productive Copying

The Océ 9400-II operates at a speed of two E-size copies a minute. Multi-copy jobs are also produced quickly and efficiently. Up to 19 copies can be made from a single scan. Copy sizes can range up to 36 inches wide and up to 20 feet long.

The unique digital Océ Image Logic™ ensures consistently excellent copy quality-far superior to that produced by traditional analog systems. It copies virtually all originals, whatever their condition, right the first time. So there's no need for time-consuming trials and wasted material. Scanned data is digitally enhanced automatically, to give outstanding copies every time. Even the most difficult originals, like blueprints and dark copies are always reproduced with excellent quality. Océ Image Logic enhances light pencil lines, for example, while the Automatic Background Compensation feature suppresses distracting dark backgrounds.
